Services and Fees
I offer specialist, evidence-based, supportive psychotherapeutic services for a variety of difficulties. For more information on CBT or CBT-E, please visit the links below:
Assessment for anxiety or depression (1 hour)
This initial session is a space to understand the main difficulty you’re experiencing and what you’d like support with. We’ll explore how things have been affecting you, alongside your hopes and goals for therapy. Towards the end of the session, we’ll bring this together into a shared understanding of what we would focus on if we were to work together moving forward.
Fee: £120
Assessment for disordered eating and body dissatisfaction (1.5 - 2 hours)
This assessment allows us to take time to build a fuller picture of your experiences with food, eating, and body image. We’ll gently explore eating patterns, any compensatory behaviours, and how these difficulties are impacting your day-to-day life.

To help me understand your situation more fully, I’ll also ask about your physical and mental health history, as well as your goals for therapy. Towards the end of the session, we can discuss what working together might look like within the CBT-E framework, and whether this feels like the right next step for you.

Fee: £160
Weekly therapy appointments
If you feel the time is right to begin therapy, I would be glad to support you in your journey towards recovery. I offer individual sessions, as well as a block of five sessions that can be purchased on an ongoing basis (either from the outset or after a few sessions, depending on your preference).

For ongoing clients, I also offer ad-hoc 30-minute support sessions, which can be helpful if you need additional support between regular appointments.

Most therapy sessions are 50 minutes. Occasionally, we may agree to extend a session to 90 minutes in order to complete in-session (in-vivo) behavioural experiments. For example, we may use one to practise feared situations or responses together in real time, or to allow time to process and reframe painful memories. These longer sessions are only suggested when they are clinically appropriate, in line with established CBT protocols and NICE guidelines, and when they meaningfully support the work we are doing. Any decision to extend a session is always discussed and agreed collaboratively.

Fees:
Individual 50-minute session: £120
A block of 5 sessions: £550

Individual 30-minute support session: £60
Individual 90-minute session: £180
Booking, Cancellations and Payment
Clients usually reserve a regular weekly time slot, which helps provide consistency and momentum in therapy. Payment for individual sessions is requested in advance of each appointment. For block bookings, payment is requested prior to the first session.

I operate a one-week notice policy for cancellations and rescheduling. If you give at least one week’s notice, no fee is charged. Cancellations made with less than one week’s notice are charged at the full session fee, as this time is held specifically for you and cannot usually be offered to someone else at short notice.

If you decide to end therapy, I ask for one week’s notice. Endings are planned collaboratively, allowing time to reflect on what you’ve learned and to focus on relapse prevention where appropriate.

I don’t offer reduced-fee sessions outside of the 5-session bundle and I don’t work with private health insurance providers.
